Days Inn Columbia

When I first got there, the pool was filled with people whom were not paid guest. They were cursing and drinking. It was not something I wanted my children to be around. The next morning my daughter cut herself pretty bad, and the manager did not even care to check her out. They didn't even have a first aid kit on the property.

Stayed in the "Suite". The room was big, so was the bed. But it was very dirty. The carpet felt grungy on bare feet, mold in the bath jets (Jacuzzi tub and the whirlpool tub) and on the grout. Dirt and hair in all the corners. The room really smelled bad and there are cigarette burns on all surfaces imaginable. Most of these are little things that are easily corrected!

The hotel was nice, the staff very helpful and friendly, the pool wasn't open even though weather was great for swimming and looked to be ready. The rooms could have been cleaner very dusty and needed a good coat of paint and better locks on doors.
