Excellent location.
Could use some upgrading.
We had spent a week in Destin at a condo on the beach, but had to vacate one day earlier than we wanted. We wanted an inexpensive room for the one night that was in a good location. Although the room desperately needed a remodel the bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again.

The front desk was simply delightful.
Safe was coming off of the wall.
Friendly staff, excellent value for the location and the room. Just needed a great place to sleep and it provided.

Dirty pool, and light in bathroom would not always work.
The plugs moved a lot when plugging in items or taking them out. The light in the bathroom did not always work. There was a lot of trash outside on the ground and the breakfast was not good at all.

The beds were very comfortable and great location to eating.
You have to drive a little to get to beach its not within walking distance.
Other than not having the beach right outside overall it was a good place. The bird in the lobby was very cool my kids would have loved it if they would have come with us.

Dirty.
The hotel said that it had beach access. We had to walk over a mile to the beach. It also said that there was a continental breakfast. There was orange juice and little Debbie cakes.

It was very close to the beach!
The breakfast was awful! No milk!
The room was kind of
run-down and moldy. The breakfast consisted of individual - wrapped twinkies, etc. And there was no milk. It was close to the beach.

It suited its purpose and was within a mile to where our friends have a condo.
Can't think of any.
The room was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. More of a continental breakfast, would have been appreciated.

Staff was exceptional!
Needs new mattresses!
AC worked GREAT! Staff was more than accommodating. Liked WiFi set up (hardwired). Convenient to business contacts.
