Difficult to recommend since I also stayed at the Hilton in Atlanta for less. Staff was pleasant, and did their best to accommodate us after the first room's bathroom had an unflushed toilet and a wet floor. The second room had baseboards hanging from the wall, bathroom exhaust fan was also hanging from the wall exposing the large buildup of dust. I asked for a room on lower floor since I am an older woman and had heavy baggage. I was told that there were no other available rooms.

Not very clean, but passable not friendly, very little customer interaction with staff.

This hotel is undergoing renovations, but the property itself is not the quality of any other holiday inn express that I have stayed in. The bed's mattress was worn; the door to my room was difficult to close and lock and the rooms were not well insulated from noise levels outside.
