Friendly staff, from the desk to the janitorial staff.
Plumbing was not great, rooms slightly dingy.
Nice and easy access to the highway, grocery store across the street. Somewhat sketchy, definitely not upscale, but for the limited time I spent at the hotel, the price was definitely worth it. I actually asked cleaning staff to not even bother with my room, but they came in and made the bed anyway. Very nice people. Had cable and free internet. The worst part was the very limited continental breakfast. read more

Ffront staff was friendly.
Pot holes in driveway. Leaking/shaking commode. Soap scum on bathroom tiles.
If money is an issue and location is not, then it is for the weary traveler. however, I felt the need to clean my bathroom prior to use and was glad I carried my own towels and sheets. Not staying there ever again.

The bathroom needed to be remodeled. It was filthy, and old looking. The room was not that attractive, and smelled old and musty. The pool did not smell of any chlorine, and had dirt in it... and paint missing in a lot of spots in the kiddie pool.

It was gross. Mildew/doors stuck on floors/smelly.
Most everything.
I had to squeeze in the door because it wouldn't open. Bathroom was bad, the bathroom door was stuck and wouldn't close. The room stunk.

Good location and friendly helpful staff.
Old, run down, needs many repairs, i.e., towel bars, faucets, paint, wall paper, mildew.
I stayed before a few years ago on business so I knew the hotel, chose it specifically, but thought repairs and maintenance would have been done or atleast started by now. Good WiFi service but my TV was on it's last leg.

Personal microwave and refrigerator.
It was a little dirty.
This particular inn was located near the university but the bad part of the location was in an unsafe area. The room was a little dirty need better cleaning, the dining room was not open, a few minor upgrades is needing to the rooms.

Nothing.
Everything.
They had blood on the bed sheets and there were hookers outside the hotel door.

Breakfast okay.
Didn't like the neighborhood, empty beer bottles on ground.
Unfriendly tennants, untasteful remarks when unloading car by other tennants and very uncomfortable feeling, towel rack fell off of the wall in bathroom and hit me on the head and back while on the toilet.

Dirty room.
Dirty hotel room, toilet was dirty and would not flush. Would not recommend to anyone. Did not stay the night, just left keys in the room and found another hotel.
