Motel not hotel. Your car is outside your door.

The AC was not working correctly, the smell in hall and room was horrible. The AC cover fell off when I attempted to adjust control. The continental breakfast was nothing more than doughnuts. Not all juices were working correctly.

Not a good place to take your family but will work for a business person that is trying to economise. One star is the appropriate level.

If you just need a place to sleep, shower, and watch a little TV this is a perfect choice. The bed, bathroom, and TV were good. Complementary breakfast was poor: weak coffee, juices out of order, selection of croissants, donuts, or muffins and the same every single day. But the price was right and we didn't expect it to be as good as it was.

This hotel does not deserve the three start rating it had when I booked it online. First of all, it's a motel, it had no lobby to speak of. It's in a skanky part of town, has an overwhelming odor of Lysol, the decor was sparse and what there was poor. Little more comfortable than a prison cell.

Overall, the hotel served its purpose. When we checked in, the front desk staff seemed to preoccupied with the internet rather than showing me where the room was. There is no elevator therefore we had to take our things to the car using the stairs. Upon checkout, the cleaning staff kept coming to our room to see if we were checking out even after our room key was turned in. Not a great place for a woman traveling alone with children. Good deal for the money if cleanliness is not a top priority.

This hotel is a disgrace to the hotel industry. Not clean, water was undrinkable, unable to take a shower and smelled of raw sewage. It was nauseating. The airport shuttle waiting time was at least one hour. Overall this was the worst experience in any hotel that I have ever stayed in, and I travel 2-3 times a month.

Great for short stays. No parking.

It's very close to I-90 and very easy to go to downtown Chicago. We went there for conference, so I think that the hotel is a good choice.
