its rating.

A very nice place, even on a Sunday evening when guests were at a minimum. It seemed well cared for with minimal junk crowded into outside corners.

Nice & clean area.
Breakfast menu was not too extensive / diverse, same stuff daily for 5 days of stay.

Overall, good bank for the buck. Nice & clean & good choice for the Star Rating.

A great value for the money! Friendly staff, nice breakfast and lobby. Room was spacious, clean and stocked.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very nice.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable. It was an older hotel that has been refurbished and I had a little trouble with getting the door to open, but the desk attendant gave me a different room and all was well.

Wet room (humid), bugs and dirty.

Would not recommend. At a minimum of 5 bugs in the room. It was very wet due to humidity, which means wet bed, wet floor, wet towels, and wet clothes the next day. I called hotel to set up an additional day of stay for the night before my reservation and when i got there they had not booked me one. They told me that my pregnant wife and I had to switch rooms after the first night. They did correct that problem though.

Sketchy paint job in the bathroom.

If all you need is a comfortable place to sleep in the middle of Fayetteville and a free breakfast, this is the place.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Bath towels were small and not very comfortable.

I have stayed in this hotel two times and felt like I got a very good bargain for what I received. Good clean room, comfortable bed, and decent continental breakfast.
