Clean rooms and polite staff. Very close to interstate which made our travel easier.

This hotel was run down, dirty and the management seemed to care very little about their hotel's performance or appearance.

It was a bad experience from the beginning. The clerk was rude. Secondly he assigned me, a Senior Citizen, to the second floor at the top of the stairs and I had a hard time carrying luggage to the room; then I found the room was not made up. He then reluctantly gave me another room. It was made up but dirty and far from a two star rating. The breakfast was paltry. The coffee was not hot and when I mentioned it, the woman just laughed. The carpet was supposed to be red but it was black. Bathroom floor was sticky. The bed squeaked every time I moved. Room smelled like cigars and mold. Talked to lady at front desk and she said I didn't get room from them, so nothing she could do. So I had to suffer threw the night. I slept with my clothes on. The refrigerator in the room wasn't running. Alarm clock didn't work. Worst experience ever! read more

1. They gave away one of our rooms 2. We requested 2 rooms with 2 beds they only offered us 1 room with 1 bed 3. Did not have any extra linens 4. Ants in the room 5. Terrible service from everyone.

It did the job. The staff was great.

This hotel I will never stay again. I stay in hotels 80% of the year, This hotel is in my top 10 worst hotels.

I was so disappointed; I planned to write a letter to Days Inn. I took pictures to attach, but decided to write it off as a really bad experience.
