The location was in an odd place, housekeeping let herself in at 10 pm to our room for reasons.

Hotel staff banged in door than let himself in, first thing in the morning. Very rude.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and although they had a brief problem with the elevator they offered to carry my bags upstairs.
Parking was inadequate and dingy and the lobby entrance was not well marked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The inside of the lobby, the room and the hotel in general were very neat and clean. The out side lacks adequate parking, looks a little unkept and I wandered back and forth in the parking structure trying to find where the entrance to the lobby was.
