Staff helped me with a scheduling problem and with a room key problem.
Bathroom was cramped. Bed was very hard.

The Hyannis Days Inn fully met my expectations for quality and service. Having read previous customer reviews, I was pleased with the location, condition, amenities, and helpfulness of the staff. The bed in my room could have been more comfortable and the bathroom could have been more spacious, but all things considered, this two-star hotel deserves a high rating, in my opinion. I would definitely consider staying there again. read more

In very big need of updating bathroom sink not even in bathroom.

The only thing good about this hotel was the staff. Very cordial and accommodating. The outdoor pool was in the back of the building with a view of dumpsters. The whole hotel was in huge need of a remodel. The sink for the bathroom did not even fit in the bathroom therefore it was right in the room as you walk in the door. Very tired, run down.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The single serve coffee in the room only had one serving of regular and two people in the room.

The rooms are pretty standard, but clean. It is slightly off the beaten path, but the price is good and it is not too far away. Great staff, nice continental breakfast. Definitely a good value.
