Sheets were soild tv you could not see well, housekeeping didnt knock at door
This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in, the sheets were solid when we got there then the ones that they gave to us the next day were solid, the TV was blare, hair in the tub.

It was conveniently located to the college.
There were several hotels crowded in together.

Nothing to complain about, but breakfast was skimpy.
Very convenient location, people were friendly and helpful. Place was clean enough, really everything was just fine.

The Manager was friendly and helpful.
The night staff at the hotel is a disgruntled woman who is very unhelpful.
The pool had been shut down. The room was reasonably clean, all other facilities like internet were available.

The hotel itself was very quiet. I only ever saw 2 other guests in the parking lot, on different days.
There was a big long hair in the bed upon first arrival. The toilet was very small and the shower curtain would not close all the way on either end of the rod. A poor design on someone's part.

Nothing.
Smelled, bad location.
When up to room first thing I notice was the awful smell of the room. All kinds of spots on floor, very small bathroom. A hotel I will never stay at again.

The microware and refrigerator were great, room was appealing and very clean.
Softer towels.
The hotel offered a clean room in a quiet relaxing atmosphere with a small breakfast. Easy access to the interstate and very close to the fair grounds.

The location was close to all of our visiting places.
The Internet Service did not work and the staff was not helpful with trying to get a connection.
I really needed internet service in this room, which is the 1st reason why I selected this hotel. The staff person told me that it would not work on some computers, meaning that it did not work at all. My husband and I tried every possible way to get an internet connection but failed, and we both have Engineering Degrees. I think the hotel should have a quick reference guide in the room for quest to read when trying to establish an internet connection. We spent a lot of time and energy trying to get a connection, when we could have been enjoying other attractions and site seeing the city. read more

It had a king size bed. That's it.
Staff.
The first think I noticed when pulling into the hotel was the construction behind it. To make it worse they put us on the back side of the hotel facing the construction. It was very loud during the day. My wife and I stayed in Jackson because we wanted to stay by ourselves for a few days and have some fun before I went back to Iraq. The staff at the front desk was extremely slow. I stood at the "after 7:00 pm" window before the lady even showed up to check me out. It was a place to sleep at night. I'm glad we didn't stay there during the day or we would have been miserable. read more

Within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment.
Very limited continental breakfast menu.
Great location to area attractions and restaurants. Bathrooms are fairly small. No remote for the television. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly but was not easy to communicate with because of his obvious limited knowledge of the English language. Good hotel for the price.
