Good staff.
JFK shuttle only runs once per hour; should be every 15 minutes.
Moderate two star. Average breakfast buffet. Poor shuttle service. No hotel restaurant. No restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff, shuttle service, and no errors in my reservation.
A 5 minute shuttle ride from JFK airport, staff was very courteous, no errors in my reservation, check in & out was very easy, the room was small but clean & well appointed, no problems at all during my stay.

Hotel shuttle to JFK.
Although it was a no smoking room, the room reeked of cigarettes.
Conveniently close to JFK however, the hotel has the worn look. Last time I stayed in this hotel, I was on the 4th floor. This time I was put on the first floor which is below sidewalk level. The carpet was worn and room reeked of cigarettes.

This hotel should be removed from any star listing of hotels for the JFK area and I am sure you already know this. There is no way I am the first traveler to complain. We passed every other hotel on the way to ours and the neighborhood slowly got worse and worse. The hotel is located on a shabby, dimly light side street in what looks to be some converted old building from the 1960's. The shuttle driver argued with everyone (road rage) and sped off from the airport before all passengers were loaded, leaving a couple behind. Shocking! Then we arrive frightened to find the hotel lobby smelled like vomit as well as the public hallways. There appeared to be "exotic dancers" checking in ahead of us. This hotel was just short of being straight out of any ghetto anywhere in the world. I will NEVER use priceline again because of this and I have been a consistent user over the past 5 years. read more
