The front desk staff was very personable and helpful.
There were only two bath towels in a two queen bedroom.
For the price, it was sufficient for one night's stay. It was not the type of room you would want to entertain in or spend very much time in it.

Location was convenient. Pool and hot tub fine.
Roaches. Room door didn't lock. Staff was odd.
Our hotel room was horrible. There were roaches. The door did not lock, which we didnt' realize until we were ready for bed, so we used the deadbolt. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The whole bug thing was just too creepy and we will NEVER stay at that hotel again.

Location to highway. Easy to find.
The locks had issues and the flip bolt lock was broken off.
I would never stay there again. The lock issues I had were not uncommon. There were at least two other customers with similar issues.

It was close to the highway and many restaurants.
It took a while for the front desk person to check us in.
We liked the location and the local stores nearby, but the front desk clerk to awhile to check us in. There was no one at the front desk at the time of check in and the desk clerk did not apologize or ask us how long we had been there.

Large room with a huge and comfortable king size bed.
There was a strong chlorine smell in the lobby but 2nd floor wasn't affected. jerky elevator also.
It definately served my purposes for the night and for the price I thought it was great! I would probably stay there again.

King size bed, reasonably priced.
Slight off color odor in the room.
Clean, good size, reasonably priced. I didn't take advantage, but they offer a continental breakfast every morning.

Staff was friendly.
Lobby smelled of chlorine. It is really bad while you were eating.
Fair hotel. Pool area was not properly vented. The smell of chlorine was throughout the hotel.

I really enjoyed the convenient location, pool, and the room size.
We ended up with a smoking room, so our luggage smelled after, but it was fine while there.
The hotel was excellent. The breakfast was small, but perfect for what we needed. I would definitely stay there again. The price was perfect. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in Jefferson City. The weather was cold, which prevented some tourism, but the hotel was friendly and it made everything just fine. Without a good hotel, the trip could have been a failure.
