Too much for money.

I was bothered by grease stains on the chair in the room. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was tasty.

It was close to everything I needed to go to.

This was a great hotel for short or long stays, there is a kitchen in the room and a laundry room down the hall. It is located right on 395 and near just about any restaurant you could want.

Clean, friendly staff, good continental breakfast.
Uncomfortable bed.

If you are not familiar with the area and the freeway bridge you will miss the motel several times before you figure it out; how to get there after crossing the bridge.

Too far from our venue.
Had trouble w/ directions, staff not familiar w/ area.

Too far off beaten path of venue close to Columbia Center and TRAC/Quest Life center, staff didn't even know how to get to main event venues in the area.

Desk clerk said he would give us two beds in room and then did not.

The Days Inn charged an additional $25 to supply two beds. Completely ridiculous.

All was good.

I was pleasantly surprised. It was all I could have wanted for my stay. The breakfast was better than most. Staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you for accepting my price!

Friendly staff, nice breakfast. I liked that you provide the Sunday paper to guests.
Our room had a strong smell as though it used to be a smokers' room - we were not able to sleep well because of that.

The days inn Kennewick is a good hotel overall. The only complaint we had was the smoking smell in the room even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

I stayed there 4 nights and came back for 2. I forgot my nightgown and it was returned when I came back. Excellent service.
All was great.

I would recommend this to a friend to stay at. It was better than a 5 star hotel to me. And that rate was great.
