Good location.
The room stunk - obviously been smoked in and was a non-smoking room; wet carpet from the air conditioner.
The motel set-up was fun - just what I expected. But, the carpet was wet for about the first four feet from the wall. There is no way the maid could have missed this problem and it was not dealt with. The room smelled. It was a non-smoking room and it was horrible.

Very little.
Over priced and mold in the bathroom, carpets were dirty. Parking was poor.

The check-in was great and clerk very helpful.
Nothing.
We were lost and called the hotel because we were worried about the room availability. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. I had forgot my church clothes and the clerk was very helpful in telling me where the local Walmart was. When we return we will stay at this hotel.

We arrived at 12:00 AM & it was open.
Mainly it needs more parking space. Windows & doors of room were wide open upon check-in maintenance had not closed after repairs earlier.

The price was okay. Location for me was good.
Parking seemed to be a problem.
I would recommend this motel. It fits the needs of most people. Nothing fancy. Just a nice place to stay.

Clean and
friendly.
None.
Nice continental breakfast, clean rooms, good location to IH 10 and Kerrville. We used it as a jump off point for Comfort and Fredericksburg.

Location was good, easy to find. Clean and neat, good shower water pressure.
All good.
I was sightseeing in Fredricksburg 22 miles away and chose this hotel due to most being booked there. I would stay here again, and it was close to Fredricksburg if I wanted to go there.

The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate the free breakfast.
It was good.
It was moderately priced with all the amenities of an expensive hotel.
