Location. Staff was very nice.
Vert filthy, just about everything save for the TV was broken.
Our room was horrible- I could take the spartan surroundings, yet there was no room in the bathroom to place our things. (Toothpaste, creams, ect) the promised hairdryer in the bathroom looked to have been shattered, good thing we brought one! The shower-curtain rod was broken, it kept falling down. It looked like it had been this way for a while. Coming back from the concert that night, the bathtub was full of some black refuse, and we have no idea how! The staff was very nice and helpful. The locale was in the good part of town it seemed, yet not far away from the major parts of town. All in all, avoid this place. It's not worth dealing with the concept that you perhaps contracted swine flu from your stay! read more

Price was very low.
Doors on all rooms slam closed. Very noisy!
I had a very nice two night stay. They should fix the doors to the rooms so that they close quietly.

Staff told us three times to checkout before checkout! Very rude.
It was fine until the hotel staff called and knocked on our door before noon to tell us to checkout. They alerted us three times which is very rude.

Location to area attractions.
I have medication that requires refrigeration & when I checked in I asked about the rooms since the photos showed refrigerators. I was told that only 4 rooms do but I could keep medicines in frig beside area ice chest because it was kept locked at all times. Each time I went there it was never locked and no one asked me what I was doing. At least my medicines are sealed single dose so I know that they were no tampered with but since the initial conversation was held with people just hanging out in the lobby, I have to say that I was happy to have it when I left. Also, the cable reception was poor quality. read more

Location was close to the office, they had toothpaste samples and they gave me since the airport staff threw away my toothpaste.
Would have like some fruit at breakfast, but for the price it wasn't a big deal.

No elevator, but fine for one night.
Very cordial reception, made a great recommendation for a restaurant, which we went to twice, Diana's Diner. We drove down a few blocks and saw an exquisite sunset over the lake, very safe for walking.

Location was convenient.
Old, dirty, dated, need of overhaul.
The lobby was very small with no gathering area. The rooms are overdue for remodeling. If those two issues were addressed, this would be a great hotel for business or leisure.

Convenient, friendly staff, continental breakfast was exceptional.
Peanuts in the floor and on box springs.
The check in process was quick and friendly. The room was very nice except for the peanuts on the box spring when I turned the bed down. The breakfast and break room was very nice.
