Service was not problem with whatever I needed.
Flapper broke on toilet.

The staff made my daughter & I very comfortable & we was never in a need for something. They were always right there with it. Truly enjoyable.

Staff was relatively helpful.
Dirty and horrible location.

The hotel itself was dirty. Our room was incredibly small and cramped. The area was extremely run down and dirty and we ended up on the interstate for 10 minutes looking for a decent place to eat. I would absolutely not stay here again.

Location.
This hotel met my needs.

This hotel is located on the boundary of Lakewood and Cleveland Ohio. It is excellent for people who would be visiting Downtown Cleveland because of its proximity to Rt.2 and I-90.i like this hotel because it is budget friendly. I have family that resides in Lakewood so it is convenient for me.
