"Manitou," a Native American word for "spirit," describes this beautiful mountain community. Property amenities include a heated Indoor Pool and Jaccuzzi, an Elevator, Guest Laundry, King Suites with Sofa Sleeper, Meeting Room, Picnic Area, Complimentary DayBreakfast Continental Breakfast, USA Today newspaper, local phone calls and WI-FI. The hotel was new in June so it was clean and very nice. The continental breakfast area was always clean and the selections were adequate.

New, clean facility, easy to locate, and nice neighborhood.
Front desk clerk was flat and not very hospitable.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to those budget-conscious travelers who want a nice, clean facility that provides an indoor heated pool for the kids. We had two rooms, both with two queen beds, one upgrade room and one regular room which adjoined (Kudos to the front desk clerk for this!) and while the upgraded room was slightly longer, they were both the same width. It was not something that really would benefit a double-occupancy type situation unless you had a lot of luggage or other must-haves that took up a lot of space. read more

View of river and path. Very clean and comfortable beds.
Need more outdoor amenities. Manitou Springs is so beautiful. Continental breakfast needs more oomph!

Very clean hotel, pool, and room. Bed was very comfortable. Acceptable complimentary breakfast. Nice walk to the main town area where lots of activities and restaurants are located.

Good location to shopping and pikes peak and cave of the winds.
It was not very spacious for more than one person.

This hotel was clean and functional for my needs for a couple of days only. The contential breakfast needs to be improved and no hotel dinning offered.

The room
was big and it was convenient, awesome, and enjoyed our stay. Wish the fridge was already turned on and ready.
Finding the maid in my room. Didn't think I needed one after one night.

The room was awesome. It had a small extra bedroom which was perfect for my child and it gave me time to watch a lil tv but most of all just sit out the front door and enjoy the beautiful weather.
