The staff was friendly enough.
It was filthy.

Not worth a cheap hotel. we switched rooms because of cockroaches in the first room. the next room we got had mold all over the shower. disgusting. I would never ever suggest staying here. it's worth an extra 20 to not have to feel bad.

The mattresses on the beds were horrible.

Not too bad overall. Definitely should look into new mattresses. Both beds were very uncomfortable.

Verry close to kings island.
There wireless Internet didn't work on the far side of the hotel.

The location was great lots of gas stations and very close to kings island. On the other hand the wireless Internet didn't work and there was a flying bug on the pillow.

The staff was very unprofessional they tried to clean our room at checkout at 7:30 am just tried to walk in. I had called the front desk the night before and requested a late check because we go in very late! Then they came back at 9:30 to clean our room mind you check out is 11:00 am. told the house keeper at 11:00 we requested a late check and she said well your my last room. She was very rude! read more

Good location, cheap, friendly staff, yet not that helpful (didn't know the area), don't trust the shower, ours didn't work, for the price

The idea that it offered pool and breakfast
Even though the breakfast is continental it was really lacking in items.

The hotel was okay for what we paid, however it does need some upgrading as, it looks like it's falling apart and the grass needed moving and could have used some sprucing up on the inside as well. I would like to mention that the housekeeping staff did the best that they could with what they had to work with.
