Convenient location.
No ironing board in rooms.

Convenient location. If you are heading North of town for business this hotel is close to the business route. No ironing boards in rooms. Security lights were extremely bright and drapes did not block light at night. Rooms at night were very bright.

Excellent breakfast.
Bugs in tub, ants on bathroom floor, and mattress/pillows were hard.

Adequate for a short stay; mattress/pillows hard; pet-friendly but didn't offer pet blanket/cover as advertised and potty location undefined; and excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was really quite good for self serve. It was great to have biscuits and gravy to get away from just sweet things.
As you looked around the room, you could see where stuff had been splashed on walls and doors and not wiped clean.

We have stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot less. It was a great location, but cleanliness was lacking. Really appreciated the continental breakfast!

Appreciated WIFI, and the note on a safe travel experience made the stay personable.

It was available.
It was vastly overpriced.

The Super 8 Motel in Leadville. Too small and has few creature comforts. I would not recommend this hotel.

Close to downtown businesses. Clean.
Small room, bathroom facilities awkward. Ice machine across the parking lot.

Room okay for an overnight stay. Too small for more than two people. Room was very clean. Gas grill provided for guests was a nice plus.
