Easy location with parking and helpful staff.
Very thin towels in bathroom.

Good place to stay. Egg-free breakfast is convenient. Kids can borrow games from the front-desk. Parking is easy and ample. Location is quiet although not far from the action. Each room has a microwave and fridge. Good value.

Bathroom did not have much toilet paper in it when we called the front desk they told us to come down for it.

The hotel was clean and well kept.
The breakfast area was not well attended to.

Although it was a little difficult to see the sign behind the trees it was well worth the time to locate.

The price was very fair and even included continental breakfast.
Some of the front desk staff was often not at their post.

An excellent, modestly priced hotel with easy access to I-95 and all the attractions surrounding Mystic Seaport, aquarium, and the nearby casinos. Very clean, well kept, and a nice place to stay.

No sink in bathroom.

Convenient location. Short trip to local attractions and casino. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was decent for the price.

Attitude, lack of knowledge, helpfulness, attitude.

Employees were absolutely unfriendly, unknowledgeable; Customers were an interruption to their personal chit chat. Turned backs on customers, had to slam the desk to get attention. Would never ever recommend this hotel. Rooms didn't have TV channel list. Had to get at desk, was given with surly attitude. Asked young man what he was going to do about wrong directions to room, etc. He just stood there blankly staring into space. Made no effort to apologize for our inconvenience. Girls (all 3 of them) were absolutely clueless about customer service or courtesy. read more

Carpets were dirty. Our socks were filthy after walking around. Room smelled like musty.

Our first room was fine except that the television did not work. We were moved to the room next door and immediately noticed a musty and/or perhaps industrial strength cleaner smell. May be they used something to try and cover up cigarette odor? I turned on the AC in hopes of the smell going away. The smell wasn't as bad as when I looked at my socks after walking around for a little while. They were filthy! The floor seemed really damp and unclean. We had to wear our shoes around the room. read more

I like the location and convenience of this hotel.
The TV blew up and one of the treadmills in the room didn't work.

I was not happy when I saw smoke coming out of the TV. Also we wanted to use the 2 treadmills and one was out of service. We received a $20 discount for the TV.

Location to Mystic Aquarium.
WiFi connection was very poor.

Overall, the stay was OK. AC wasn't as good as it could have been and mattresses weren't very comfortable after a long day of sight seeing. The continental breakfast was good.
