Staff was friendly and helpful, and room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, well furnished and economical. There was adequate parking, and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Nothing.

I was very unsatisfied with this hotel. I chose it because of the price and being that it was two blocks from the college. I had other people stay at the Quinta and continental hotel and they paid the same and the hotel was much nicer. Do not recommend it at all. The guests staying at the hotel were not the type of people you would want to be staying near you.

Friendly owners/staff.
Bed was not very comfortable.

A good experience, room was clean and roomy, nicely arranged, only complaint was the bed.

Nothing, I was so disappointed.
Roaches, smoking room, dirty linen, garbage under the bed.

It was located on the Main street and was only 2 blocks from SFA.
The walls need a little painting but still a nice place.

It has a great location, friendly staff, very affordable, very close to SFA.

Price.
Internet service was never accessible and staff did not know how to get hooked up-adjoining motel overrode with their wireless

Decent- Breakfast recycled the same bagels for 4 days- were hard on one side and wet on the other

The rooms looked newly remodeled.
Bed was uncomfortable, continental breakfast was terrible & swimming pool was hazy.

I would never go back there to stay. Woke up with back aches every day. The breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten. And there was some sort of problem with the pool.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
There were not enough parking spaces for the guests of the hotel.

If you are going to Nacogdoches because your child attends Stephen F Austin State University, this is the best hotel for the price. The location is just off campus and close to any and all restaurants/stores for your convenience. Very clean rooms and spacious. The only drawback was the lack of parking spaces.

The rooms were quite, the bed was good.
The carpet was dirty.

The motel was ok, but the man at the desk was very hard to understand. You could not understand his broken English, which made checking in rather difficult. He was friendly however.
