Convenient to area attractions we wanted to see.
Exhaust fan in room, inop security throw on room door broke.

Very pleasant stay needed a day or two by ourselves to do what we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helped us find our way upon request. Room was very clean.

Front desk personnel nice w/directions.
Cheap towels, dirty pool deck, limited TV channels.

Seems it was close to Patriot's Point which was good, parking was adequate. Huddle House is on location, but is too small for clients. Towels need to be replaced--scratchy and maids would not give me more when asked, but the shower was nice and hot and had good pressure! Pool deck is textured and painted, so it showed a lot of black mold, and was very slippery. TV had a limited number of channels, maybe 10. We forgot our beach towels in the room after check out, so we'll see if they can be recovered. Using Priceline saved me more $$ than people checking in at the desk which was very nice...How's that? read more

Conveniently located to all the places we wanted to visit.
Huddle House restaurant colocated with this hotel was terrible.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The facility was a clean, friendly environment to stay in and was centrally located to all our destinations. Easy to get into and out of, I was satisfied enough to say that if I was returning to Charleston, I would choose to stay in the same hotel.

There was a waffle house.
Everything, nasty, stunk, and small. Poorly stocked!

Do not stay here! It is the worst place I ever stayed! I had to buy Fabricate to rid the smell in the room, and it didn't work. 1/2 the lights had no bulbs. The tub facets were broken. Only 1 coffee pouch for a 2 cup maker.

Staff was friendly & the beds were comfortable.
Real turnoff was the roaches spotted & killed in room.

Location was convenient to both Charleston & Mt. Pleasant. Location was secure and there are several other motels in close proximity including a Hampton Inn, Best Western & Holiday Inn Express.

Swimming pool /free parking/nearby eateries/gas stations.
Water bugs.

I won't ever utilize that Days Inn again and we'll tell our friends to not go there also. The staff was kind and their service was up to par but I hate it for them to have to work in such a horrible environment. I can't believe that I actually saw a water bug crawling on the railing outside our room.
