Easy to find.
Too noisy, freeway and other.
Too close to the freeway. Would have rather stayed somewhere else. Too expensive for such a poor quality hotel.

The room on the south side away from the interstate.
The first night
I had a room on the north side toward the interstate and it seemed like the cars and trucks were driving right through my room.
I would recommend the traveler stay only on the south side of the hotel pool was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Reno was close to the hotel and easy to get into and out of
Lake Tahoe was close and well worth seeing.

Easy to find.
Too close to freeway and desk not helpful.
I wouldn't stay there again. I have stayed at other locations of this motel chain which were much cleaner.

We did not like anything about it.
Uncomfortable bed, broken lock, noisy, room temperature, broken coffee maker, and no luggage rack.
I would never stay there again. It was next to the freeway, so very noisy. When we walked in the room it was cold; the heat was completely turned off. When we left the following day, we came back to find that the maid had again turned the heat off! We noticed the chain lock on the door was broken! The beds were tiny and very uncomfortable! The only place to find ice and vending machines was in the lobby regardless of proximity. The coffee maker was broken as well. read more

I liked absolutely nothing about this filthy hotel.
Filthy, fire hazards, hwy traffic right there; not pet friendly; beds are hard. Dirty. Dirty.
The hotel is very dirty; it felt like I was in the late 70's, in a bad drug movie. The pictures on the internet are not accurate, and while there are comments about being "pet friendly"; the truth is that they charge $10 extra for your pets, per night. That in itself isn't such a bad thing, except that everyone else tells you upfront they charge, this one appears to be at no charge. And heaven forbid you visit in the winter, because the "pet area" is clear across the parking lot, on the exact opposite side of the forever busy highway, that if you pretend it's the ocean, you might be able to fall asleep. read more

The place is dirty and needs a lot of cleaning.
The place is dirty and needs a lot of cleaning.
The place is dirty and needs a lot of cleaning and no food facilities what so ever. They say they have internet but that¿s a lie. Fake hotel.

The location was okay.
The staff was so rude and unfriendly incredible!
The staff at the check-in was the rudest and unfriendliest I have seen so far! I don't expect much of a 1 star hotel. The room was 1 star and the cleanliness was okay-poor but friendliness doesn't cost anything and that is athing they really have to learn at the Days Inn in Reno.

Desk clerk changed us to quiet side of hotel without hassle.
Shower water never got above lukewarm.
Hotel located right next to busy freeway making it easy on and off, but noisy. Desk clerk stated that reserving online at low price got us the rooms on the noisy freeway side. She did find us a room on the quieter side which was appreciated. This is an older hotel in a semi-rundown section of town. Shower hot water was non-existent (never got above lukewarm) only excuses about shower, no apology or action. Lack of casinos on site may qualify it as "family friendly", but location and neighborhood negate that factor. read more
