Unfriendly staff, spooky room, and no continental breakfast.
It was more than terrible. The room was underground, staff was unfriendly. No continental breakfast.

This hotel needs a remodel. The furniture & bedding are 1980 style
Just disappointed at the room presentation. The couside steps to the pool need new concrete. The other rooms showers were very noisy.

The room, all the stairs, the closet, the staff, the pool and especially the jacuzzi.

Graet place to stay. Very friendly staff. Great Chinese restaurant across the street.
We really liked this hotel. They had a fantastic staff and it was a very nice & clean hotel. They had Hi-Speed internet / with printer availble for guests to use. There was an awesome Chinese restaurant right across the street. We had breakfast in the adjoining restaurant the next morning. That was a good deal also for only $3.99.

Can't find anything positive to say.
When we arrived at the Hotel, one of the employees was arguing with a family member on the phone. The employee hung-up on the person on the phone and walked away. Later the same employee was walking out of a room a few doors from our room with two dogs running in front of her - not to good for people with allergies. Just an awful stay!

Dark and dirty. Worn down. Sad really.
It was dark and seemingly dirty, way past its prime. Not very pleasant people at the desk. Couldn't get the internet to work and was told that I was the only person to ever have that problem. The next morning was told by another employee that it hadn't worked in a week. Definitely not a two star.

The hotel staff
was friendly.
The heater was too loud and kept us up all night.
The staff was nice and the room was clean, but the heater was too loud and the room was either too cold or too hot. We couldn't sleep!

My father was recently put in a wheelchair and the front desk lady changed rooms to accommodate us.
This hotel was not very clean.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It cleanliness had a lot to be desired. The hot tub was so dirty that we wouldn't get in it. The pool hours were 8 am till 10 pm, I went down about 9:00 am and they were cleaning the hot tub.
