There were stains on the bedsheets, everything was dingy and dirty, lights were flickering flourescents in bathroom, walls were so thin we stayed up half the night listening to a couple argue next to us (sounded like they were in our room.) Noisy old air conditioning unit. Only good thing was the shower head, which was nice.

Area was unkempt and filthy.

Hotel was accommodating on my cancellation.

The rooms were dirty and the hotel staff were not friendly and accommodating. The first room they put us in had no light in the bathroom and the TV did not work. They then moved us to another room, but the hotel service did not come and clean the room or provide clean linens without being asked.

We were very disappointed in our experience. The linens we were given were dirty. The room itself smelled of cigarette smoke although we requested a non-smoking room. The children's playground equipment was unsafe, and the noise level after dark was alarming. We expected a much different stay, given this was a national chain of hotels, and we will not be back. Good location. Was a good place to say on my return trip with my two children.
