Days Inn Riverside West

The hotel was a good value. Just what I expected, for the price.

Good stay for the money.

Hotel was 1 star as represented nice, clean and good location for our needs.

Upon my arrival, the front desk was closed, however a night window with a bell was available. Of course, the front desk operator was not happy to have to get up and help me check in. Thus, service was unfriendly. She questioned my choice in ordering a non-smoking room, asking me if I was sure that that was what I wanted. After confirming that it was what I wanted, she warned me that if I smoked in the room, I could count on her making charges to my credit card. She was so kind to acknowledge my affirmation that I was
not a smoker, and
that was way
I chose a non-smoking room in the beginning. That, along with the smell of curry reeking out of the front desk window, made my first impression very poor. The room was no more impressive. The bathroom fan was loud. The bathing supplies were less that good. The best thing was the mini fride and air conditioning. read more

The hotel was kind of shabby, the furniture was torn in places, not really super clean. However, it was close to good dining spots, plenty of parking close to the room and surprisingly quiet. Good hotel for the economy minded traveler.

Location was good for me to get around town, but the carpets were dirty. When going barefoot in my room, my feet were black on the bottom.

Nice little brunch, baths had shampoo conditioner, and shower cap. Clean pool, safe looking surroundings. May use real soon.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room appearance was clean but hairs on the pillows. Wake-up call never came, sink plugged, furniture not stable. TV remote held together by a band aid. Room key had a trick to opening the door.

It was a good place to stay for one night.
