Clean, friendly and good location for our purpose.
Noisy
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, walls rather thin making it very noisy. Unfortunately we were on the 5th floor which is the pet floor

Cheapest hotel in Rochester and it met our needs.
The tub looked kind of dirty from use. The shower head was difficult to make not go in my face.
I got the cheapest room in the cheapest hotel I could find in Rochester, and it was great. The beds were comfy, TV worked, and the staff was very friendly. I only stayed there for one night with low expectations, but I had a great experience.

Staff was nice.
No outlets in room for computers or shaving in bathroom.
Room was extremely small. Chair in room was very uncomfortable. Hot water did not always work. Heard all the street noise at night.

Close to St. Mary’s Hospital, and Mayo Clinic where I'm a patient.
The room was so small, very outdated. Had to sit on bed to let mom walk by me. So small and uncomfortably hot.
Very outdated, room was so small had to sit on the bed to let mother walk past me to bathroom. There were no bedside tables for medicine, water, Kleenex, eye glasses. The room was so hot, that we had to sleep with windows open on a 40 degree night. The bathroom was so outdated, the tub was from the 40's! Very uncomfortable to shower in with no where to set shower supplies. I was having surgery the next day, at St. Mary’s & Mayo Clinic, and this hotel was not comfortable - didn't get a good night sleep. I was happy with Priceline price, but very disappointed with room. read more

The hotel was in serious need of repair. The heat was not working and there were stains and dirt all around.
It is stated that the hotel was renovated in 2007. I have no idea what they could have renovated as it was in serious need of repair. The heat is provided by a boiler in this hotel, as it is very old. The heat did not work in my room, and the only thing the front desk offered me was a space heater. The elevator was dirty and make disconcerting sounds. The hallway was dingy and had a bad smell. The room also was dingy and had a bad smell. There were two sitting chairs which were both stained. The air conditioning was provided by a window unit in the room. I ended up leaving without staying, as there was no heat in the room and it was about 40-50 degrees outside, with wind coming in through the a/c unit in the window. A very very bad experience. read more

NOTHING.
Pay to park for a dingy old hotel per night. Room size dreadful.

Ws in the right location.
Sall.
I walked in to my room and both my girlfriend and
I
started to laugh. Their was a path around the bed and a bathroom that looked like it belonged in a run down apartment. Every thing was very clean and the staff was great.

The location to Mayo was great.
I was disappointed with the room. It was very small and had twin beds.
The location to Mayo Clinic is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can travel with pets and they dont charge a pet fee. Our room was very small and had twin beds and was told we had this room because we booked online.
