The location near a major freeway cloverleaf makes it hard to reach. The sink area is pretty small. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Nice place to stay for the money.

Across I-410 from airport.
No restaurants close.

Was only there 8 hours, no problems. Room was quiet and clean. If we were to have stayed longer, would have needed to travel non-walking distance to food. Location was perfect, 1/2 mile from airport.

Convenient location to the airport.
Breakfast was far below expectations and some maintenance was lacking.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. However, we found maintenance to be lacking in the bathroom (loose toilet seat, loose shower rod), and we had to have someone come in to work on the television. The requested wake up call never took place thereby making us late and when confronted, the front desk said that we hadn't answered (incorrect). Breakfast disappointed as well. The milk was watery and warm, eliminating use in cereal or as a beverage and the juice machine malfunctioned. read more

Liked nothing about this hotel.
The smell of cigarette smoke radiated throughout the hotel.

The service at this hotel was horrible, the place reeked of cigarette smoke.

Our non-smoking room didn't smell like smoke and I'm glad they had a room with 2 queen beds.
The bathroom sink/closet area outside the bath room was too small an area. Only 1 person at a time could use the area.

Our trip didn't revolve around staying at the hotel for lounging. It was nice and clean and served it's purpose of sleeping and getting ready for going to a wedding. It was conveniently located to the church, reception, and friends homes. The pool and hot tub were not clean, or warm. It was in the 80's this past weekend and would have been nice to use the swimming facilities.
