The location was great, walking distance to the Gaslight District and free parking.
It was worth the price and what I expected...

The location is great for downtown San Diego, close to everything! Free parking and the staff and continental breakfast were awesome!

Rooms were clean and accommodating, staff was friendly and helpful, good location very close to Gaslamp District, parking was free.

I was expecting something different, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. I liked the staff, the free parking, the rooms were clean and accommodating, it was within walking distance of the Gaslamp Quarter. It was perfect for those who are out sightseeing all day. There is a noise ordinance after 11 pm, which is good because it keeps the partying down.

Met my expectations for a 3 star hotel. Room was clean and quiet from road noise. Hotel clerk (Jeff) was very accomodating. Continental breakfast is all you could want

Close to clubs, restaraunts and attractions.
Staff did not know where anything was near-by except for one Italian restaurant of which they mention on their TV channel guide.

Clean, good location. Five dollar or less cab rides to most places that we wanted to go to. Beds were brutal. They had a 11 pm quiet rule that they made us read and agree to before check in. It read something like: If you came here to party and be loud please go elsewhere. Made me feel like I was a yeenager staying with my parents. Didn't like it even though I had no intentions of being rowdy and/or disturbing other guests. read more

We loved how is was within walking distance of Gas Lamp.

The service was excellent and the hotel rooms were clean and spacious. It was within walking distance of Gas Lamp and the parking was free, so you could park there and walk down. I loved it and would most definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and did not smell at all. Thought about moving in!

Worn out beds and bedding, smell of musk in the rooms.

This was a noisy, active motel. It is near a busy street and freeway exit.
