The hotel is located just minutes from the beautiful Guadalupe River and within 2 miles of Texas State University, and we're only 5 minutes from the famous Prime Outlet Mall and the Tanger Factory Outlet. We are pleased to offer all of our guests free Daybreak Breakfast, Free High-Speed Internet access, a sparkling outdoor pool, and expanded cable television with HBO. The towels were damp which made us wonder if they were clean or not.

There was only one washcloth, and two towels (one of which was damp) that we questioned the cleanliness. We had to call and request more towels. There were plastic hangers on the floor in the vanity area which made us believe that the room had not been vacuumed since the previous guests.

Right off I-35. Easy to find.

Apparently this hotel has undergone a recent remodel. The rooms had new furniture which was nice. I was traveling alone and felt alittle unsafe because my room was on the far back side of the hotel.

Mold smell in room.

Overall the hotel was very good for the price. I would stay there again.

Clean. Good location. Great shower heads.
Parking open to streets.

No frills, but a good clean room and bed. Had a nice small pool for kids and adults. I would stay here again.

The linens and bathroom were filthy.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a muddy shoe print on one of the blankets as well as dried crusty food. One of the pillow cases had a blood stain on it. The toilet had a black dirty ring at the top level of the water indicating it had not been cleaned in a while and the bathtub was dirty as well. The bathroom door would not close completely or lock.

Very friendly staff, nice pool.
Mattresses were terrible, toilet handle broken, upgrade toilet tissue.

The hotel was in a good location for shopping and entertainment. Have better mattresses in the rooms and make sure everything is working properly. Upgrade the toilet paper.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the prime outlets.
The ice machine did not work and the carpet needed vacuuming.

For the price the hotel was acceptable. The floors could have been cleaner, however the staff was nice and I would stay again.
