The hotel is just minutes away from beautiful Niagara Falls and historic Niagara on the Lake. The hotel is pleased to feature 99 well appointed, renovated guestrooms. The hotel features an indoor pool, with sauna and a fitness room and high speed internet throughout the hotel. Casual dining on site is offered to guests through Perkins Family Restaurant and Wrigleys Field Sports Bar and Grill. The conference center has three separate meeting rooms, offering banquet space for 170 guests. The staff are knowledgeable about the region, its events and are always willing to provide the best in guest service. Corporate rates are available through our sales team for business clients. The staff was great. This hotel exceeded my expectation.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff.
Pool could be seen by anyone entering building, at check in there was confusion about payment.

Fairly standard hotel, can't complain. Had everything we needed for a brief stay.

Easily located and easy access.
Outside noise was disturbing during waking hours.

Except for all the tractors and trailers which seemed to be parking and leaving their motors running just below our window, it was a pleasant stay. The proximity to a restaurant and bar were a plus.

Excellent customer service.
At first they put us in a nasty smoking room but later moved us to a non-smoking one.

The customer service was great.
They let us change rooms, actually brought a drawn map to a local church up to my room, then had a map to Wal-Mart ready for me when I got to the front desk.
