Loved building/pool arrangements.
Having to pay extra for crated pets.
Especially wonderful for families who want to enjoy the pool. Pool is central and only steps away from the rooms. No going outside to another building. Office and breakfast area also central. My daughter is diabetic & celiac - would love to see more fruit and yogurt for breakfast.

The indoor pool was great; the staff was great and the location was ideal.
No in room fridge or microwave.
The shopping nearby was convenient. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and plenty of entertaining activities for my 8 year old. I would recommend this to friends and family.

The room was clean.
No elevator, we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs.
This is a low/economy hotel.

It was fairly accessible from the Portland Airport.
Nothing in particular it was a place to stay after my flight came in.
Not much to say. I arrived late, and slept. It was quiet; the room was OK, seemed pretty clean, there was a refrigerator and amenities, etc. I believe there is a restaurant there, but didn't eat. The staff was variable nice to adjust doing their job. The location was tricky, but with the staff help I was able to find it. Its close enough to PDX, but there are closer ones which are likely the same. This is located within a mall area, but otherwise, there wasn't any attraction to speak of. It was fine for what it was no complaints, no great reviews from me either way. read more

The front desk staff.
Temperatures of pool and hot tub.
Great hotel for the money. It was too bad that the pool was a bit to cold and the hot tub was boiling hot. Bed and bathroom are basic but comfy for enough for the business traveler.

Good location and nice continental breakfast.
Toilet didn't flush well - blow dryer did not work.
Location was great and so was the continental breakfast. Staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would have liked to have stayed at a higher quality hotel however, but everything in the area was booked.
