Room was larger than some with king bed.
To close to highway. Oder and the TV was in bad shape.
Not the best location, other than the interstate.

Close to interstate.
Felt slimy - not safe - rooms smelled - water was nasty - check in woman not too friendly - cars did not feel secure.

Location.
Staff.
An employee knocked on the door of one of my rooms demanding my credit card and driver's license. I was getting dressed and could not go to the door, so my daughter told him I would bring it down shortly. He demanded it! My daughter explained that I would not hand over this info. He persisted and claimed that Priceline had only charged me for one room and he needed to charge for the second room. I knew better as I have used Priceline before. By this time my children were beginning to freak out. We were not even sure if he was an employee as he was dressed like a tourist. My daughter slammed the door and locked it. To be honest, as soon as the coast looked clear we ran to our vehicles and left. A man ran out of the office chasing our cars down! I then realized this man must be employed by the hotel in some capacity, but I knew he was lying about the charges. So, either an employee is scamming guests or the management is totally unprofessional. Either way, it was a horrible experience. read more

The mattresses were very comfy, not hard.
Breakfast was less than other hotels of its caliber.
It was an OK just for sleeping hotel. Nothing special but not bad either.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go.
The continental breakfast wasn't very good.
This hotel was clean and neat. The desk clerk kept messing up our key to the room. We were staying for 6 nights, and the desk clerk only put in for 1 night. We couldn't get into our room the next night and had to go to the desk. Then it happened again and we had to go have the clerk do our key again.

The staff was friendly and provided quick service.
Nothing.
The Days Inn in Terrell, TX is right behind a Starbucks so AM coffee was great! The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any request. The room was quite and I had no issues.

It was easy to find when reaching our destination.
I am used to having 2 double beds and this was not accommodated without paying extra.
This motel is easy to find when you exit Interstate 20.
