The location is pretty good.
Room is too narrow, problem with hot water.
The rooms are too narrow that we can hardly move my baggages, say nothing of find a place to open them! air condition doesn't work well, room is cold. 1 night there was something wrong with hot water in lower levels, but no one informed us, almost froze! although we changed to another room after call the front desk, still..... plus the charge for store baggages and breakfast is not included! internet is very slow..... don't like it, will never stay there again read more

It was clean, quiet, and located centrally.
The room was very dated.
Very nice, clean and quiet hotel in general. Good place if you are not speaking any time in the room other than sleeping. Very tiny room, but didn't expect it to be big for downtown Toronto next to Maple Leaf Gardens.

Inexpensive, close to public transportation.
Very small bathroom.
For the price, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It is a great downtown location, less than one block from public transportation. Our room was small, but after reading other reviews we expected that. I would recommend this hotel.
