We are a NON smoking property, located 2 km or 1.2 mi from Vancouver International Airport and approximately 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver, the B.C./ Washington Border crossing and the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Comfortable room, and a great staff.
Nothing.

Great value for the price, staff are friendly, the room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and everything in the room worked. Some folks might not feel it is updated enough, but when all you need is a safe and quiet, comfortable spot to sleep with airport shuttle service, take it and you won't be regretting it.

Good choice if you need to stay overnight to make airline schedule.

A little bit expensive than the same grade hotel breakfast time is too short.

Everything was great, no complaints.

This hotel provided a great location and very friendly staff. The continental breakfast included the best waffles at no charge! We'll be back!

Very close to the airport, without airport noise.
Not a lot of available parking.

We had a little trouble finding this hotel at first. Once we did, though, we were very happy with our choice. The room was quite nice, with a small fridge. It was quite clean and quiet, for being close to the airport. The only drawback was lack of parking. There were only about 20 spots included with the hotel, so we ended up parked in the street. Most travelers here would probably not have a car, so it's not a huge inconvenience. They offer shuttle service to the airport, we just had so many bags we felt it better to keep the rental car until the morning. read more

Overall quality is good for such low price.
The breakfast wasn't attractive but better than nothing.

Services are fine and the room is clean. The location is excellent which is close to Richmond city centre.

It's hidden from the street.

Excellent staff & accommodation.
None.

The room and service was great and the complimentary breakfast was good. Initially it was a bit difficult to find the location due to the bad Vancouver directions.
