Its near everything. In the middle of all beaches and shopping food everything in walking distance.
It was nice and clean. The staff was always nice and friendly. It was close to all the stores n places to eat. It was a wonderful area. I am going back next year.

Stink, dark, broken lamp, broken hair dryer, most important - bed bugs.
We have stayed in a lot of hotels, but never got one like this kind terrible. We reported these issues to the general manager, they promised they would give us an answer, but one week passed, we never heard them back. Next time, we will not stay there even it's free.

Convenience to where we wanted to go.
Finding someone's dirty underwear on the floor.
When entering the hotel we smelled a damp odor. Also found a pair of underwear by one of the beds.

It had a refrigerator and stove.
Many non-working items, filthy floors.
Told us at desk they had no non-smoking rooms, but when we had to change rooms due to non-working frig several hours later, they told us they just gave away last non-smoking room. The clock radio was broken in both rooms, the floors were filthy. Beds were ok though.

The bed and room were quite comfortable.
The bathroom smelled really bad, it was noisy.
This is a perfectly adequate economy hotel - nothing more, nothing less. It has some good points - the bed was very comfortable, and the room was attractive looking. But bad points as well - the walls were thin, location was two busy streets, but worst of all, the bathroom smelled really, really bad. Of course, the location was pretty convenient for most of Vineland, so it wasn't a bad hotel. If the bathroom smelled okay, it would have probably been a 6 or 7. read more

It was clean; there was a restaurant right next door.
It was in a very bad neighborhood, there was cops around all night long, couldn't sleep because of the noise.
I would not recommend this hotel, the woman at the front desk was nasty when we got there, she told us even after I called and told them I wasn't arriving till after 6, that we needed to check in by 4 and that we would be grateful that she saved our rooms. And as I mentioned earlier there was so much going on with the police there, and also before I made the reservations I had called and asked how far we were from where we wanted to go and I was told 30 minutes, it was 1 hour maybe a little more. So I was not happy, as a matter of fact disappointed. read more

Big, clean.
Bad location.
The room is big, especially the restroom. It is clean. The staff was nice and adjusted the bed for us. However, it took about 1 hour to drive to Atlantic city.

Inexpensive, free parking.
This is a budget hotel, the area did not seem very friendly, but for one night, on the way to Atlantic City it was fine.
Good hotel for the price. They have an outdoor pool, which we didn't use. Staff is very friendly. Overall, I would stay there again.

The room space. Was a pretty big room.
Too much people hanging outside of the rooms at late night.
It was a good hotel, with a nice room, and a good price.
