This hotel had great location with the anger right outside.
The pillows were too big.
This place is great for couples, family, and business travelers. They its in the best location with the shopping district next door.

Good location to local restaurants and transportation.
Small lobby, limited parking space.
The set up is good for short stay and for couples. It has great access to nearby sites.

Location, relatively clean.
Under renovation.
Great central location to the Reforma, Zona Rosa. Did not see any business amenities. Sparse lobby, no frills place. Old room, carpet. They have added an air unit. I was a single traveler on leisure this time. Knew it would be no frills. It suited my needs. Most would be put off by the older rooms. They are renovating. Looks like maybe two floors are done. It is a basic hotel. Staff was helpful. read more

Greta Location
Very convenient location in a walkable neighborhood. Great restaurants on the same block. Clean large Jr suites. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Nice surroundings good location.
Noisy on the 10th floor due to restaurant on the 11th.
Good for the price minus that my room was right under the restaurant and all the moving chair woke me up before I would have liked.

Location.
The only really positive thing about the hotel is location and that is cheap, if you are staying for one night is ok, but
I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay, rooms are extremely hot so is hard to sleep at night. I have to add that staff is very friendly and helpful, so again for a short stay is allright.

The location.
No exercise room, no spacious lounge.
Hotel Del Angel is a good location if you're a solo traveler: a businessman or a student doing research (although the hotel is far from the National Archive). What it lacks in space it makes up for in cleanliness of its rooms, its decent restaurant, and its convenient location close to two cinemas (one mainstream, one independent), to Chapultepec Park, to several embassies, and to the Zona Rosa (for all you thrill seekers). The staff is for the most part bilingual (although I managed to use my moderate Spanish with little difficulty) and there are secure tourist taxis available upon request. I would recommend Hotel Del Angel to any solo traveler, although if you had a family maybe I'd find another place unless your family is a little smaller. read more

Sergio the porter was excellent in helping me out.
Hotel room was falling apart.
Sockets were falling out of the wall, bugs in the bed, cracked sink. Wall paper peeling off the wall. Need anything else

Excellent location with restaurants & transportation nearby & friendly staff, good room service food.
No air conditioning or internet.
A good buy if you're willing to make a couple of sacrifices (like no internet, A/C, or exercise room). The staff was really nice. Good location in the heart of Reforma district.

It was in a good location. Near the U.S. Embassy, restaurants and historical landmarks.
It could use a facelift, which it seems that they are doing at the moment. Rooms are a tad musty from smokers and age.
This hotel was fine for the price. Easy to get around from the location on the metro or in taxi. All around a pleasant experience but if someone is looking for elegance and romance this is not the place.
