Parking was not convenient.

Very clean and spacious, great price, staff very accomadating.

A group of 4 girls stayed in this hotel and there was plenty of room for all of us. Great location in the center of uptown Saint John, we were able to walk to restaurants and the mall. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definately stay here again.

The beds were super comfy.
My husband is a smoker and it was inconvenient for him to have to go all the way outdoors for a smoke.

I loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, comfortable and attractive. Beds very inviting-looking and comfortable.

Great location, great resturant, great pool weightroom area.

A great hotel on top of a shopping mall, my wife loved me! The pool hot tub area was fantastic for relaxing after a long drive. The restaurant had amazing food, and the staff made us feel like we dining with family.

Location, location, location, frees wireless.
Wireless was quite slow.

Convenient location, free wireless, and great staff. Had problems with my heater and they took care of it right away. Great hotel.

No clearly understood access to parking garage. Elevator card access confusing.

Good location for visit to downtown Saint John. Reasonable price.

Cost of parking.

Excellent location in the heart of downtown Saint John, all the quality you would expect. Would recommend this hotel highly.
