The hotel was in a good location for the event that I was attending, room was clean.
Room was somewhat small, bathroom shower poorly maintained with poor water pressure, TV primarily had French language TV stations only.

Although I was able to get early check in, the room was small, well kept and clean. The shower in the bathroom, poorly maintained and poor water pressure.

Even though the location is a bit out of the way from downtown, the value is good and it's new Old Montreal.

Location and the friendly and helpful concierge.
Rooms are small, and a little outdated. TV is very small.

Location and hotel experience were great. I wish the rooms were larger and the decor was updated. Breakfast at Chez Antoine was very overpriced.

Bi-lingual staff, very helpful, close to old and new Montreal.
Pool area was small, no spa.

Helpful, friendly and bi-lingual staff. Great location right between old and new Montreal. Quiet, nice rooms with nice linens. TV in the room could have been a little newer.

Poor customer service didnt care much about me complaining about my Issue with water noise didnt seem to care much about it.
Didnt get much sleep with the plumbing making noise hotel never fix the problem.

I was very disappointed with hotel stay couldn't get much sleep because of the plumbing problems with noise hotel staff never correct the problem and couldn't move me to another room because it was full and never seem to ask me about the noise.
