The location was pretty good.
The rooms are old and worn and desperate for an upgrade.

The location is pretty good, right downtown close to The Eaton Center. I knew before I'd checked in that the hotel was a bit run down by the torn furniture in the lobby. The first room that we were given stunk like urine and we were given a second room down the hall. The rooms are very worn, old 1980's style with stained carpet, a small CRT TV, broken furniture, mildew stains in bathroom. read more

Staff was friendly, and location was great.
The maintenance of the room was very poor, the bathroom was in awful conditions, the carpets were dirty as well.

Great location, nice staff, friendly and willing to help, was not pleased with the condition of bathroom and carpets.

Good customer service. Clean lobby, and shared areas.
Room was well below expectations. Did not match the quality of the shared areas.

Rooms are not in good condition, they are not very clean and very outdated. There were stains all over the carpets and the bed, furniture, bathroom were in poor condition.

The customer service was excellent. Very impressed. Location, perfect.
The only issue I had was taken care of.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk was great. Location perfect. Large hotel, but perfect for our friends get-a-way. Thank you!
