Delta London Armouries

Great hotel! It was an attractive space, had a comfortable bed, and was surprisingly quiet considering it was in downtown. I had a little problem with parking that the hotel staff resolved quite quickly.

I checked in at about 10 pm and was leaving early in the morning. Upon check in, I was told that I had a preference room on floor 19 with special privileges. I did not ask for this nor did I use the special room except for coffee and muffin in morning. At check out, I was told that they had made a mistake in giving me (someone who had used a source for an less expensive deal) this wonderful deal of a room and that if I came again with this type of a deal, I was not to expect the same type of room. I was made to feel inferior and that infuriated me. However, I said nothing and was very charming. I do not want to be in that hotel again. read more

The beds
were always the best part of a Delta hotel.

The armorie feels very elegant driving up to it and the valet Ryan gives a friendly greeting. Check in was easy and the view from the room was nice. The room could use some updating, as the armoire (TV stand) was beaten up and the TV volume couldn't be turned up very loud. The TV was also a bit fuzzy and your small variety. Very friendly/helpful staffs. Room was very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay at this hotel in future.

Good location. A few rooms overlook swimming pool which can be noisy on a Saturday night. Great for families.

This hotel can be at its best if they replace old equipment and fixtures. The washroom bath tub knob was actually rusted. Overall great for the price
