Near Mont-Royal, McGill, many eateries. Comfy bed.
Balcony could have been cleaner.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is near metro stations, McGill, Mont-Royal. Short walk to colorful neighborhoods. Room was clean, beds were comfy and it was great to have a balcony and view. Underground parking was incredibly convenient. Room did not have much character, but otherwise perfect.

Location was great.
The staff at the reception was not particularly friendly.

Location was great, close to two metro stations and McGill College. Hotel was clean and comfortable although my floor had some bad odor.

Restaurant, bar and lobby looked great.
Their heating system in my room was incredibly loud, it kept waking me up but it was too cold for me to turn it down.

Clean, well located, spacious room but it was quite old looking (sink was chipped, drapes had old stains, heating system was incredibly loud.

The big space in the room.
They gave me a smoking room.

The hotel was not too bad but when you don't smoke and you have a smoking room that make the week-end less fun.

I reserved 2 bed non-smoking, and they gave me 1 bed smoking, the smell was horrible.

Parking fees, Wi-Fi fees.

This hotel was comfortable and the staff was quite helpful. The restaurant is terribly overpriced. Be careful parking is $25/night and the WIFI is not free as in most hotels. This was a disappointment!

Parking is expensive, next door is almost half the price.
