Friendly staff, clean rooms, parking is $25.00 and you are allowed to stay until 6:00 pm even if you check out at noon.
Washrooms are a little outdated.
Good location everything in the downtown area within walking distance. Clean large rooms, friendly staff, Checkout is at noon not 11:00 am and you are allowed to keep your car parked until 6:00 pm.

Good location.
Dirty pool, smoking room, sheets didn't fit mattress, no comforter covers, stained furniture.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke, with yellow, stained ceilings and filthy, stained furniture. The mattresses were exposed, as there were no fitted sheets. The hotel said they didn't have sheets to properly fit their new thicker mattresses! The comforters were covered only with sheets, so by morning they were fully exposed. The white comforters had bloody spots on them. The pool was visibly dirty and had a Grey scum around the sides. read more

Priced in my price range, large room, could walk to most paces.
No continental breakfast, parking seemed expensive.
It was nice to have a large room. The staff was nice. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go.

Beds were magnificently comfy, internet access with ease from room, love this hotel and would stay again!
The sliding glass doors were locked so I couldn't go on balcony, it might be because it is winter.
I was overly pleased with the hotel, staff, room service, room accommodations, etc. The swimming pool was very attractive, however I didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of it. I used the business service center once after already packing my laptop and they didn't charge me for the use of the room or paper that I had printed out. This hotel is bilingual, most people you meet can speak French or English very well and are willing to help you with whatever you need. The dining area was beautiful, although I didn't dine in, I did have room service and it was excellent, food was hot and prepared very well. The bathrooms were clean and big so you had plenty of room. read more

I love that the hotel is in a central location.
I did not like the attitude of the front desk person who checked me in.
The hotel is great. It is a fabulous location, nice food, good pool. My only problem was the nasty attitude of the front desk check in woman.

So clean, beds so comfortable, rooms large, just all around excellent!
The parking garage was full of exhaust! Hard to breath!
In the heart of Montreal, The Delta is the place to stay! Excellent service, beautiful rooms, a great sleep on the most comfortable bed! Hotel and rooms so clean, roomy and elegant! Loved our experience!
