The friendliness of the staff.
The high cost of parking overnight.

We would stay again at this hotel as the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very nice and the restaurant we chose was very good.

The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was awesome.
The room was close to the swimming pool and was loud in the morning when kids were swimming.

I liked this hotel. I wouldn't have expected it to be as big as it was with restaurants and a swimming pool. I would visit again.

Great pool for kids.
Pool slide is only open on weekends.

Good location just off highway 401. Easy to find. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was huge and clean. Nice wading pool for little kids. We were kind of disappointed the pool slide wasn't open when we were staying there.

I really enjoyed having a balcony that we could sit on and look over the pool area.
We had people knocking on our door at 2:30 a.m. and taking off. There was a lot of youths staying at the hotel, due to a basketball tournament.

All and all, we enjoyed our stay at the Delta East Toronto. This is our second time staying there and we haven't been disappointed.

Easy to approach from the highway.
Very noisy by the neighbor room through wall.

I think the facilities were very good but I was uncomfortable from the noise coming from the highway and neighbor. When I asked the front manager to get a room that has good view, he told me that I could not get those rooms because I checked in at a lower price. This disappointed me. But everything else was pleasant.

Nice swimming pool.
Additional charge for parking 12 $ a day .

Good hotel for a couple of days. No fridge.
