The hotel was somewhat lousy for the price. They also charge for parking and Internet, breakfast is $17. Holiday Inn in the US is so much better.

Canadian lousy greed, charge for everything in addition.

Clean, and staff was friendly.
After checking in, 2 staff knocked and entered room before given me the opportunity to answer the door - noisy early in the morning due to renovations.

I was very disappointed by the noise level starting at approximately 7:30am each morning. Some of the rooms are being renovated and my room was next to one being renovated. Workers started at 7:45am to break the ceramic tiles in the washroom using a hammer. If you are traveling for leisure, you should check with the hotel before booking to make sure the renovations are done. I did complain to the hotel manager about the noise level. He did nothing to respond to my complaint. read more

Comfortable bed and pillows.
Had to pay for parking.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located in Richmond where all the Chinese malls and restaurants are. The bed and pillow were really comfortable. The only disadvantage was that I had to pay for parking. Other than that, it was a great stay.
