Great view, Modern room.
Spa was overbooked for the amount of guests.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, great view, about 3 blocks from downtown Victoria. Wanted to use the spa, but nothing was available the days we were there.

The bed was great. Hot tub was nice.
Hall carpets need some attention.

This hotel is located right next to down town Victoria. We stayed four nights and didn't use the car once for local sight seeing. The staff was superb. I had trouble with my car battery and they helped jump start the car and found a local shop where I could get a replacement. The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to mention that the bed in our room was awesome, perhaps the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. read more

Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice decor.
On the ground floor, noise from gardeners and traffic was noticeable.

A beautiful hotel, great for romantic getaways with lovely spa facilities, close to downtown, restaurants and local attractions.

Location was fantastic. Very romantic and wonderful view.
The variety of food in the restaurant was minimal. The pool was small for the size of the hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located with a wonderful view of the harbor and easy access to downtown Victoria. It is very romantic and relaxing.
