"Big-time glitz" abounds at this "Palm desert gem" where the public spaces "sparkle" with "waterfalls everywhere", "multiple pools", "electric boats that ferry patrons" to the "phenomenal sushi bar and Tuscany restaurant" and 36 holes of championship golf, "great tennis" and a "magnificent spa"; it's "fun" for a family getaway, but a few complain about "getting lost" at this "spread-out" spot that often "feels like Spring Break."

The view and grounds are beautiful. The lobby was the largest I've ever seen and the free boat rides help show off the property.

Confusing at first to get around and no room refrigerator.

Great service, clean, outside areas were very inviting. Would definitely recommended it and would definitely go back again.

updating.

did like the hotel and would return again.
I would have enjoyed my stay more if the rooms were a little more updated and if the pool area was upgraded a bit.

The lobby area is impressive. The bed was nice and comfortable. The bathroom and closet were spacious. The sushi in the lobby bar was very good.
I would go back for a short retreat.

I was treated very well by all hotel staff. The Costas Club was amazing and the room service was awesome!
I loved everything!

This hotel is one of the funnest places I have ever stayed at. It is really convenient because it has a lot of restaurants and a nightclub, and amazing pools. I am not much of a golfer, but it is definitely a beautiful course.
