The Koi pond/waterfalls outside the room.
After I left, they called me about a room charge that wasn't mine for $31. The hotel clerk was supposed to call me back, but didn't.

The rooms were nice, but not quite as luxurious as advertised online. The pond area was nice, but only because I was lucky enough to get a room facing it. Any other rooms may have disappointed. The parking was easy. I was disappointed with my check-out service.

Desk staff was bordering on unfriendly/unwelcoming. Loud room location.

Very cool little patio attached to our room, leading directly out to pool was pretty cool. Wish we had more time to enjoy hotel amenities. Room was under stairs which was very loud, and we could hear every step of the guests in the room above us, but overall, quirky hotel!

People above us were noisy walking around.

Loved the tropical theme, complete with a Trader Vic's next door!

Funky and with a bit of a 60's vibe.
Staff was a little remote, not particularly helpful.

This is a very pleasant place to stay. The Trader Vic's next door was a great place for dinner and drinks and no drive home. Decent gym, nearby running paths, and nice bed/bedding. I would stay here again.

The grounds and the garden views were absolutely beautiful.
Not all the rooms had tubs.

The landscaping was incredible. The brunch at the poolside restaurant was delicious and so relaxing because of the beautiful atmosphere. Service was top-notch. The rooms are a tad dated but lovingly cared for and spotless. Room size is large. We ate at Trader Vic's as well, for dinner. It was a fine experience as well. Having 2 great options for dining on hotel grounds was a real advantage. read more

Unfriendly and slow breakfast service at grill.
Swimming pool grill closed early. Had to go to bar at the main restaurant for refreshment. Waited a long time & paid a lot at the bar.
