The inexperience of waitress in hotel restaurant.

The hotel in general was very pleasant, although obviously had cutbacks - had to pay for coffee at coffee shop - no continental breakfast.

The bed and free speedy shuttle to mall.
Hotel didn't want to honor the free continental breakfast . Supervisor relented but seemed unaware of offer?

Hotel was fabulous. There were 3 wedding receptions on one day and I enjoyed sitting in the lobby watching the festivities. Hotel is large enough to have such groups so that they have privacy. The mall is not right across the street but maybe 3 blocks down but shuttle service is on demand - no waiting, no appointments and drivers are friendly and courteous. (I went to the mall three times!) Rooms are very spacious with lovely views. Furnished robes are luxurious as are the toiletries. Towels are way too flimsy and not up to par of everything else. There was a wonderful large screen TV with large selection of movies. We found a movie we had been trying to see for months that only had limited distribution! Beautiful rooms.
Parking is not near door and you are likely to get wet in rain.

Staff is great. Needs valet parking and two bellmen.

This was more like a three star hotel. It was extreme clean and plush. Great option for breakfast.

Everything was as expected.
Parking was not convenient and in the pouring rain you were going to get soaked.

Was a fantastic hotel everyone was so helpful. No bellman they could have used 2 so when one was using the van the other could unload bags.

The TV's in the rooms were great.
Hated the coffee machine.
