Gran Bahia Principe Cayacoa - All Inclusive

This hotel exceeded my expectations, we were very pleased with the facility and the friendly personnel. Definitely we will come back with friends and families.

Hotel is good, though not the best. Food is very good, not outstanding, but above average. No one got sick! Beach is below par, and snorkeling is poor in the DR. You might look into the facility at Cayo Leventado, as its got a white sand beach.

This hotel more than met my expectations. The pools, beaches, staff and food were out of this world. I would definitely return.

I was incredibly impressed with all staff members. They work long hours yet remain positive, friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic and clean. Fitness center needed an overhaul; old equipment and had no ventilation or air cooling system. Nightly shows were quite amateur and the props certainly were lacking, however staff was certainly enthusiastic.
